Abel Augustine is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and is recognized as a change agent. His likes includes; honesty, openness and transparency (HOT). He is an unrelenting employee actively involved in partnership initiation, traversing Charis business development plans. Abel holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University with milestones achievements in the banking sector and in quite a few non-governmental organizations providing support for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the North Eastern region of Nigeria. He is currently sacrificing his time as a full time volunteer with Charis.
In her role as Admin/Finance Officer. Juliana leads Charis efforts to manage clients’ treatment routine/schedule. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Jos. She has over the years built experience working with quite a few in-patient facilities in managing clients’ diversity. Profoundly motivated to improve the lives of vulnerable children, she has devoted her career not only in managing Charis day-to-day financial operations, also building her relevance as a key facilitator in children trauma healing sessions.
Grace Embu is a Clinical Psychologist and passionate Researcher. She has a strong track record in trauma healing and psychotherapy. Before Charis,Grace has built expertise working with non-governmental organizations in youth’s empowerment and human development. Currently she is helping clients overcome complex psychological problems, chronic substance use, abuse and dependence as well as trauma related issues. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Jos
Programme Officer/Clinical Psychologist
Henry Ojenya is currently serving in Charis as the Programme Officer/Clinical Psychologist. His interest is in building enterprise spirit in young Nigerians. He has years of experience in financial inclusion. In Charis, he seeks funding for projects and organizes smooth implementation of project deliverables, liaising with donors and stakeholders. As a Clinical Psychologist, he is engaged in helping clients manage cravings and overcome addictive behaviours. His interest is in developing programmes that would boost the quality of life of individuals using principles of connecting attitudes and self-reliance to nurture next generation champions. He holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Benue State University.

Goodnews Obi Martyns occasionally called GN, recently joined Charis as a Management Staff. GN is passionate about creating impact in the lives of millions of disadvantaged individuals by working with partners and directing team members to achieve set goals. Her many years of experience in church administration gives her a cutting edge in Charis discipleship programmes with effective coaching and mentoring. She has a B.sc in Microbiology from the University of Jos. She believes in motivating her colleagues to achieve so much more in the value of work they do through the power of interdisciplinary exchanges to fuel creativity.
